Being an active member of the bus and coach community is important to us at Coachair. We want our customers to know that we are not only accessible by phone and email, but also in-person, in the cities and towns that are local to you.
From February 27th to March 28th, we are sending Business Development Manager, Eddie Furmancyzk, out on the road to meet with customers and share the latest from Coachair. Eddie will be attending the full schedule of BusVic regional branch meetings and BusNSW regional seminars. Here’s where you can catch up with him on all things Coachair.
Connecting with our community
In the past few years, Coachair have made a commitment to increasing local support and having a real presence within the communities that we serve. Unlike many other HVAC providers, we are much more than a sales team or a call centre. We are on the ground visiting regional partners, customers and operators, and providing technical support wherever it is needed.
“It’s about helping the people there because they want to hear answers straight away, they don’t want a typical salesman putting them in the book and saying I’ll ring you later.”
Whether you’re working directly with the Coacahir team or any of our trusted service network, we want you to know you have our full support.
Get to know Coachair’s latest products
Meeting Coachair at any of the regional meetings is an opportunity to ask questions and get under the hood of our latest HVAC units. Whether you are a current or prospective customer, we look forward to sharing expert advice on your bus and coach HVAC needs.
“When I started at Coachair I was on the service side. So, I can answer questions on service too. If I can’t answer it, I’ll find the person who can.”
High-quality Australian HVAC design, an expert team and commitment to local support are three ways that Coachair became a leader in our industry. We welcome any and all queries you may have – whether they relate to parts and service, new products or even Teknoware’s bus and coach solutions.
